Finalists Training Call
To make sure you all feel prepared for this new world of virtual events, Ben Nunan from our team will be sending you a calendar invitation for Zoom Webinar training where he will walk you through the user interface and flow of the evening. This typically happens about a week before the big event.
What Should I Wear!?
The theme is ‘Good as Gold’ and since there are prizes for the best Gold outfit and themed party room, you’ll want to make sure you are all “Good as Golded Up”! As a Finalist, wear exactly what you feel most confident – and comfortable in. Although this is a live Webcast, you’ll still be on screen in front of hundreds of folks, so keep that in mind!
Admin Awards LIVE! Schedule:
Below is a run down of the evening’s schedule. Three Award Presentations and then a Prize drawing is the flow of the evening, repeat until all Awards are presented. You will automatically be entered to win amazing prizes all valued at over $500. If you would like to opt OUT of the Major Prize drawing, simply email OPT OUT OF MAJOR PRIZE DRAWINGS [email protected] as you will likely receive communications from our promotional partners who have generously agreed to participate in donating these amazing prizes!
Evening Timeline:
- 6:15 PM – Finalist Roll Call (separate instructions are forthcoming)
- 6:30 PM – Admin Awards LIVE! Playlist begins
- 7:00 PM – Program Starts
- 8:30/9:00 PM-ish – Program Ends
Finalist Announcements, on the big screen!
One of our program sponsors will call the names of the finalists as each award is presented. The picture you provide will be on the screen along with your name and company affiliation during your award category. Keep that in mind when submitting your headshot.
Should you Become a Winner…
Well, you’re already winners in my book, but in case you should you become the winner in one of the nine award categories, here’s how this will go down;
- The emcee calls your name
- Once you’re over the shock of winning, you’ll be invited to make a few remarks (acceptance speech). This is optional but encouraged – even a simple thank you will do for those of you that prefer to not give a speech.
- You’ll then be directed by the emcee to go to your door which is where our Street Team awaits to hand you your award (with gloves and masks).
Becoming a Finalist in the Admin Awards competition is an extraordinary accomplishment. Enjoy this moment in the spotlight. You are worthy of it.
