What You’ll Do:
Creative Outreach: Utilize both creative and traditional methods to drive revenue growth in marketing programs and sponsorships.
Strategic Persuasion: Present our offerings in an organized and persuasive manner that compels prospects to take action. Excellent written and verbal communications are critical.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring a high level of concierge-style service.
Influence and Inspire: Persuasively sell intangibles, concepts, and opportunities to potential sponsors and partners.
Collaborative Excellence: Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team and other key participants, ensuring the flawless delivery of all programs and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications We Seek:
Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or a proven track record in sales success of 3+ years OR the ability to persuade us that without this level of experience, you’re a natural with the ability to learn quickly and succeed.
Passion: Competitive, passionate, and driven to achieve outstanding results.
Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable on a Mac. Hubspot and Monday.com experience a plus.
Persuasive Power: Ability to persuasively sell intangibles and influence potential sponsors and partners.
Face-to-Face Networking: Eager to meet prospects face-to-face through networking events.
Travel Enthusiast: Excitement for about 15% travel, exploring new cities and cultures with our team.
